A normal session usually lasts 2 hours.
You simply lie down or sit down and relax on one of our comfortable reclining chairs. (There are currently 3 places available.)

Most people simply close their eyes and enjoy their deep relaxation. In theory, you can also read a book, but we recommend giving your body, mind, and soul this time out, especially during the first few sessions.

Overnight session:
The overnight session is a great experience, as you are in the EESystem™ for 12 hours straight. You can leave the room at any time to get water or take a shower in our bathroom in the morning to freshen up.

How many sessions are needed to achieve the best results, and when will I feel the first changes?
Most people feel the wonderful energy in the EESystem™ after just a few minutes. During the first introductory appointment, an in-depth analysis including before and after HRV testing is carried out as an option.
